Moonlight Basin Ski Resort
Moonlight is located right next to Big Sky, and in fact you can ride both on the same lift ticket. 
With over 400 inches of snow each year, and some of the most uncrowded terrain in the country, you’ll find powder stashes for days after a storm. And there’s something at Moonlight for everyone, from gentle, groomed cruisers to hair-raising chutes.
A quick drive from Bozeman, it’s easy to experience one of the best ski resorts in Montana.

Big Sky Resort
Big Sky is probably the most well known ski resort in Montana. It’s an easy drive from Bozeman, but don’t expect crowds. Skiers can spread out over three mountains and 3,812 acres of terrain. Lone Peak is the centerpiece of the resort, rising to 11,166′ and offering European style expert terrain. You’ll also find great intermediate runs on Andesite mountain as well as a giant terrain park.
